Tyce Green, a proud native of Houston, is a Tony Award-nominated producer, performer, and entrepreneur.

As a performer, Tyce played Annas in the national tour of Jesus Christ Superstar, has toured with mega-hit bands Heart, Air Supply, and Berlin, recorded a solo album with Grammy-Award winning songwriter Jim Steinman, and appeared on ABC’s American Idol. He is also a runway model for Project Runway on Bravo.

As an entrepreneur, Tyce has specialized in challenging industry norms within the Broadway business, innovating operational strategies and identifying critical gaps in the Broadway market. Currently, Tyce serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Broadway Plus, a trailblazing Broadway experiences company which specializes in corporate events, educational workshops, group tickets to Broadway shows, VIP meet-and-greets, and more. Broadway Plus is the proud official agent of record for Hamilton on Broadway.

As a producer, Tyce co-produced the smash hit revival of The Who’s Tommy on Broadway, which earned a 2024 Tony Award nomination for Best Revival of a Musical. Additionally, he co-produced the highly anticipated new musical, How to Dance in Ohio, which ran at the Belasco Theatre from 2023-2024.

As a dedicated advocate for local theatre and education, Tyce has also contributed his expertise to multiple non-profit theaters, aiding them in improving their operational efficiencies, optimizing budgets, and formulating strategic growth plans. This commitment to the arts inspired him, in part, to establish the Houston Broadway Theatre.

Erin “Redd” McGehee brings over seven years of dedicated leadership experience within the non-profit sector, with a distinct focus on program development, human resources management, and the enhancement of community impact. Her expertise lies in identifying and implementing robust operational solutions that empower non-profits to fulfill their missions effectively.

As a native of Houston, Texas, Redd earned her Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in 2006. This academic background provided her with a solid foundation in resource management and strategic planning.

Redd's leadership journey includes an important tenure as the Director of Operations at Daycation, a prominent Houston-based non-profit youth development program. In this pivotal role, she oversaw and inspired a dedicated team of 95 employees. Through her meticulous and innovative strategies, Redd transformed Daycation from its modest-roots initiative into a dynamic and competitive summer program. Under her guidance, the organization experienced substantial growth in revenue and a remarkable increase in employee retention, a testament to her operational expertise and leadership acumen.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Redd is an ardent advocate for the arts, with a particular passion for theatre, opera, and ballet. She firmly believes in their profound capacity to make a lasting impact on communities, aligning with her commitment to driving positive change through non-profit initiatives.

Amy Swift Jernigan has 32 years of service as a U.S. Government Federal Employee where she served as senior expert in the areas of government oversight and U.S. Senate legislative affairs. Major commendations include selection as a Presidential Management Fellow.

Amy’s tours of duty include work at the highest levels of government including The White House, Office of the U.S. Senate Majority Leader; U.S. Secretary of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Amy’s roles spanned from being the Special Assistant to the Administrator for Program Management at FTA and Manager, Financial Management Oversight in which she managed the work of five CPA firms.

Amy has extensive community involvement. She is a patron of the arts that was spurred by living in Florence, Italy to study theatre and art history. Her community involvement also includes Mark Making, a Public Art non-profit in Chattanooga, TN; University of North Carolina, Heart and Vascular Hospital capital campaign and Labrador Retriever Rescue of the Potomac, Director, where she transports shelter dogs to foster homes.

Amy received her B.A. in Public Affairs and Government from Mount Vernon College and her M.A. in Public Administration from Arizona State University.

Brooke Smith is a theatre operations professional with more than 20 years of experience in both nonprofit and commercial theatres. A graduate of Florida State University in Theatre and Anthropology, Brooke comes to HBT most recently from Barrington Stage Company in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. Prior to that, she spent 15 years in New York City managing Broadway theatres, including the Gershwin and Palace Theatres.

Meg Naumann is a nonprofit leader with 25+ years of fundraising experience, specializing in

performing and visual arts. She currently serves as Director of Development at Houston

Broadway Theatre. Previously, she was a Philanthropic Advisor, guiding donors to align their

giving with their passions and assisting organizations with fundraising strategies to achieve their

goals and engage key partners.

A graduate of the University of Houston in English Literature, Meg holds fundraising and

nonprofit management certificates from Rice University and Georgetown University. She is a

Collins Award recipient for her collaborative work protecting critical bird habitats.

A lifelong arts enthusiast, Meg enjoys theatre, museums, hiking, gardening, and time with her

two adult children.
