Artist Bio

IAN EVANS (ALD) is a lighting and video designer from Houston,TX. He graduated from The University of Oklahoma, with a BFA in drama and emphasis on lighting design. He was recognized as an emerging creative at the United States Institute for Theatre Technology in 2022. Locally, Ian works for organizations such as TUTS, Stages, AD Players, Vitacca Ballet, Open Dance Project, and Dirt Dogs Theatre Co. Ian recently completed a design apprenticeship at Seattle Rep.
